Refund & Return
Contact customer service at webshop(@)angelasheaven.com before returning a product. You must request a refund for your purchase within 30 days of the product being shipped. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 10-15 business days after the product has been recieved by us. Shipping is paid by the customer .If there is something wrong with the product and the fault lies with AngelasHeaven, we will pay the shipping cost and refund to the original form of payment within 10-15 business days after the product has been recieved by us.
Discounts
Any discount applied to the order will be deducted from the refund issued.
Digital Products/Purchases
Digital Products/Purchases are non-refundable. Please contact customer support for additional information.
DAMAGED, BROKEN, OR MISSING ITEMS
